Project objective:
To improve Hotel NOSPA's daily work processes and guest experience by using a comprehensive accommodation management solution suitable for the Estonian market. We want to make booking, use of additional services, payment and reporting smooth and convenient for customers and staff.
Project description:
Hotel NOSPA is a self-service hotel in the center of Kuressaare. The previous software solution was not adapted to the needs of the Estonian market and did not allow connection to several important systems - such as accounting, statistical reporting, booking platforms or local payment solutions.
The project will introduce a new Estonian-based accommodation management software that enables integrated and automated use of all necessary systems. As a result, manual work will be reduced, information exchange will be faster, the customer journey will be improved, and team efficiency will increase. In addition, a dynamic pricing solution will be implemented that adjusts the price of the service according to demand and period.

Sustainability:
Hotel NOSPA is the first Green Key certified accommodation in Saaremaa. The project supports our sustainable development through digital solutions. In the near future, we plan to update our website, automate heating solutions, and establish a solar park and electric car charging solution.
