Since 2009, Visit Saaremaa has selected the best of Saaremaa tourism in various categories every year. In 2019, a joint recognition of Saaremaa companies took place for the first time in cooperation with the Saare Arenduskeskus, Saarte Koostöökogu, Saaremaa, Muhu and Ruhnu municipalities, Saaremaa Entrepreneurs Union and Visit Saaremaa. In 2022, Hotel NOSPA received the title of a grade innovator.
