Within 5 minutes of booking we send your room number and a personal code in the format 1234# to your phone and email. Each code is unique to the booking. If you book far in advance, the code is sent at the latest on the morning of check-in.

Check-in is from 15:00, check-out by 12:00 — your room code expires automatically at that time.

Check-in starts at 15:00 when the code we emailed becomes active. There's no separate paperwork. For third-party bookings, look for the code in the platform's messages.

Yes, when possible. Please let us know as early as possible.

By 12:00 at the latest. When leaving, hang the Check Out door tag on your room door.

The hotel has a shared kitchen for making coffee/tea and breakfast. In partnership with Arensburg Boutique Hotel & Spa you can enjoy breakfast there at a special rate — add it to your booking.

The hotel has 19 rooms — 12 double rooms and 7 family rooms. Without extra beds, it sleeps 52 guests.
